its an average company, astig coz they have airline accounts but coz of MANDA OTs and PUSH Back Breaks. good enough with the compensation salary and not strict when it comes to dress codes.

Well, I had my moments with SYKES, WEST, and Convergys but I found comfort here in WHOSCALLING.The remuneration is fair: my average net take home (net basic augmented with performance incentives like top cph, accuracy, overall rating) yeilds me Php21,000.

acs araneta is still alive. same location pa rin- sa rustan’s superstore bldg. but, they’re now under a different name: wns global solutions. its a call center from india and acs daw got the philippine franchise. their account is t-mobile uk.

I worked with ACS for 2 years with mellon. the account is great, if your into dying work hours during tax season. compensation is ok. but dont expect to get promoted.

No perfect companies…It’s my 3rd year now at ACS and I’ve had my share of disappointments. But all those are trivial now. At the end of the day, ACS IS A GOOD COMPANY. Management is supportive and open. The culture is very Filipino and family oriented.
