Established in 2001, the Call Center Academy (CCA) is an outsourcing company that specializes in recruitment services. The company was conceived to address the urgent need of matching the skills of the locals to current employment demands particularly in the call center and BPO industry thereby helping expand the employment opportunities for the people. As its name implies, the Call Center Academy initially operated primarily as a training institution that offers call center training programs to enhance the skills required by professionals aspiring to land a job in the call center center industry.
