Established in 2001, the Call Center Academy (CCA) is an outsourcing company that specializes in recruitment services. The company was conceived to address the urgent need of matching the skills of the locals to current employment demands particularly in the call center and BPO industry thereby helping expand the employment opportunities for the people. As its name implies, the Call Center Academy initially operated primarily as a training institution that offers call center training programs to enhance the skills required by professionals aspiring to land a job in the call center center industry. CCA Philippines specially catered fresh college graduates and other professionals who wanted to shift careers to the more dynamic and growing BPO industry. Later on, CCA expanded its services by providing customized training programs for individual companies as well as consultancy services for private companies with regards to their training requirements as well as to academic institutions on how to integrate in their curriculum more employable skills that are more in demand.

The Call Center Academy (CCA) collaborates closely with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) to attain accreditation of its programs in compliance with the Training Regulations for Contact Centers. Because of success of its training courses, the company eventually evolved and expanded its services as a Sourcing and Recruitment company.
