Contact Center Association of the Philippines
The Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) is the official organization of call center companies in the Philippines that aims to promote the Philippines as the top destination for outsourcing contact center services and formulate professional standards and practices to ensure superior and world class quality services. CCAP is engaged in organizing learning, trading missions, networking events, and holding conferences along with different key players to the advance the industry’s critical contribution to the national economy promote solidarity within the industry and reinforce its competitive position in the world.
CCAP was established in October 2001 and currently has 53 BPO companies as members which constitute 80% of call center seats in the Philippines. Its members included the biggest and most renowned call center companies in the Philippines such as: 7/24 Care, Accenture Inc, Acquire Asia Pacific, ACS-Xerox Company, ADP Philippines Inc., Aegis People Support, Inc., Alorica Philippines Inc., Bayan Telecommunications, BOSCH Communication, Brady Philippines, C3/CustomerContactChannels, Capstone Solutions Inc, Concentrix, Citigroup Business Process Solutions, Convergys, DOCOMO InterTouch, Eastern Telecommunications¸ Eastwest Banking, Eperformax, Federal Express Pacific, Global Quest BPO, Genpact Services, Hewlett-Packard Asia Pacific, IBM, Infocom Technologies, KGB, Maxicare Healthcare Corporation, NCO, Pacific Hub Corporation, PLDT Alpha Enterprise, Qualfon, Sitel, SPI Global. The Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) only welcomes member companies which diligently work towards operational excellence so that it can collectively uphold its commitment to quality of the services that the Philippine call center industry provide. It sets high criterion for membership to ensure that the industry is not tainted with mediocre or deficient companies. It also perpetually works to tap, develop and direct towards productive endeavors the skills, talents and traits for which the Filipino is known worldwide.
