my interviewer in makati ms. Labrador, well.. she told me they dont hire TSR at that time, i thought call center
are fast phase business and countuously hiring agents… they have advertisement everywhere in ayala..
kinda okay..provided me a job but yes,they VALUE their clients more than the employees..
i dont know where I made a mistake,I passed 2 interviews, have come up to the point of call simulation stage
and I really thought I was doing it right on the part of “effective,less effective,somewhat effective’test”. Sana

uhmm… they base your communication skills by being able to accurately say a tongue twister. after passing
the tongue twister, i was treated like im the king of the english language. hehehehe.
Communication skills are not base on saying a perfect tongue twister alone. kung yun ang basehan ng HR, well
id cla marunong. pano mo masasabi na di qualified yun applicant porke bumagsak lang sa tongue twister.
I applied sa makati office nila. nakarating ako sa final interview, tapos yung interviewer ask me kung saan ako
nakatira, nang malaman nya I’m from Quezon City, the next thing I know bagsak ako sa final interview!

I also had an application stint in their Makati branch as a TSR. There were about 40 applicants during that day
and I was lucky to have passed the initial interview (I think nobody failed). And then a 2nd intrview came at
around 10:30am. After the
2nd interview, we were asked to go back at 4 pm for the computer simulation test. 4 pm came and we were
guide into the work floor for the computer simulation. However, just before we get started,
letters were distributed among the applicants and to our surprise it was the result of the 2nd interview. And
after reading thge letter, about 60% incl. myself were advised that we did not make the 2nd interview
i think cvg is a great company. the only thing that makes it bad is because of the client’s demands. and yes,
they value the clients more than it’s employees… one good example is the planned off the phone protest of the
agents in CVG Alabang. m

Commonwealth for 8months. I resigned because they cannot give the regular pay on time, i was Suppose to
CVG Commonwealth! they keep on terminating tenured and regular agents and hire new ones!
At CVG training is very GOOD! At CVG Pay is very POOR! Still want to be with CVG

nahihilo na ako sa gutom at sa antok. tsaka lang sinabi sa akin ng guard na yun na sa 24th flr ang interview at
kanina pa ako inaantay ng interviewer!!! imagine na interview ako ng 3:30pm!!!

I love CVG! I can’t believe people are trying to put down the Company… yah, salary is quite lower than the
other call centers, but CVG’s accomplishments are proof that we are not just “another call center”… I love the

CONVERGYS DTV ALABANG IS THE BEST. WE SEE SUPPORT FROM OUR TLs, OUR OMs, AND ALL THE WAY TO
OUR SOM. WE EVEN SEE SOME OMs TAKE IN CALLS FOR OUR NEW AGENTS TO HELP THEM WITH THEIR
CALL HANDLING. DTV ALABANG IS OUR HOME, OUR FAMILY. WE STILL HAVE A LOT OF O
DTV ALABANG IS FAMILY TO ME. EVENTHOUGH I WILL BE MOVING TO A NEW COMPANY, I WILL ALWAYS

i referred 2 friends sa CVG, both of them passed the exam & interviews, pero ala sa kanila sumipot sa job
ayun both of them are now working at a different call canter which offered them a higher basic salary & more
sa CVG CMW pag nagreklamo ka sa OM bout ur TL, instead of conducting an investigation eh idi-dissolve na
lang ang team. Plain & simple
takot sila na baka pag nag-investigate sila sa TL eh mag backfire sa kanila. Takot sila na magkalabasan ng
baho at kumanta ang TL concerned at ibulalas ang baho nung OM
saan call center ka ba naman nakakita na ang TL eh everyday naka-barge sa calls ng isang agent para alang
ibang maka-monitor nung col maski d sa team nya included ang agent. Kasi si TL eh bf si agent

there really is no issue about col centers helping the phil economy. we are actually discussing about mgt styles
here. it’s no longer the americans who are running the show, its filipinos
i say some because there are really good managers on the floor, but unfortunately they are outnumbered by
those who are not.
Well if you can’t stand the management why stay, resign it is simple as that… I guess the only problem is who
will accept you because of your attitude and your style of work. If everyday you will complain about this and
that nothing will happen the best t
The best thing to do is to resign and if you’re scared because you might end up with the worst company then
that the risk you need to take… just get the hell out, just like what I did and am happy now.
a lot of agents highly consider this factor as one reason why they opted to stay. a factor u might not have
considered that’s why it was easier for u to leave ur company.

in all fairness to DTV, madali lang ang account compare sa ibang accounts ng CVG…madami lang masyadong
officers na gustong magpalapad ng papel sa clients na hindi ko alam kung may napapala sila…tuloy ang mga
agents ang nagdurusa sa mga kapalpakan nila
i do agree dtv is a very easy acct. its the cmw mgt that is making it hard.
