Pasay City – Minimum 1 year contact center experience in a technical support account

L2 Technical Support Representatives
Perferably Microsoft Certified Professional
minimum 1 1/2 years technical support experience

Strong customer focus
Able to deal professionaly with customers
Working knowledge of computer and software applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven negotiation skills and can do multi-tasking
minimum of 1 year related experience in customer support

Customer Care Assistants
Provides direct advice and guidance on escalated customer issues
minimum of 1 year total work experience in customer service with at least 6 months experience in handling escalated calls

Graduates of Computer Science, Information Technology, engineering or any related technical discipline
