Destiny Cable is the second largest cable television subscription service in the Philippines today providing services in the national capital region and other metro areas in the provinces. It is currently known as Global Destiny Cable after it partnered with Global Cable in 2001, which further reinforced and standardized its cable television endeavors. Global Destiny Cable in provinces have their associates in the provinces that helped expanded its network of distribution.

The headquarters of the Global Destiny Cable is located in 2285 Pasong Tamo Extension, 2/F Solid House Bldg., Makati City with telephone numbers 810.2828, 894.5850 / 810.5556. For customer service assistance, one can contact their service centers.

Destiny cable also has different branches around the Metro Manila to serve the local needs of their subscribers.     never received my billing since July, I have reported several inconvenience of no signal and the cs rep told me that the days of no signal will be deducted from the billing but up until now I haven’t received any billing, and i have no idea how can i pay or how much. I only paid upon installation of 1000 and that’s it! im from bankers village 2, caloocan i hope you can resolve your billing problems.

    I would like to ask your help regarding our destiny cable,lagi pong static most of the day we cannot watch any program especially during peak hours,the sound is choppy and the screen picture turns to square boxes. I believe it’s the antenna from your main system. Pls help us to get it fixed right away.     There is a Audio problem that started around 9 days ago. Some channels the audio is very low while other channels the Audio is very high. The problem is at your end not at my condo. I have called this in 3 times and each time they send someone to my location even when told not to. The answer I get is they will check with there engineers. Well the problem is still there.

    The last time I called it in I told the lady on the phone at least 10 times she did not need to send someone to my location the problem is at your end, but she still sent a crew here and wasted there time and your money because there is nothing they can do here.

    Two times when I have called I asked to talk with a supervisor but I have been told the supervisor is unavailable or not there.

    The volume of the audio used to be the same for all the channels that I watch, now I have to adjust the volume every time I change a channel, why?

    I Would like to call an attention to all Filipinos who has a plan to get Destiny cable.
    For your information ,They terrible they giving you a hard time specially in transferring of connection to another place,Like my situation I have been a good payer subscriber since 2011 up to this may 2014 it happened I was transferred from condo to apartment,Unfortunately ,the Door I got has an active subscription ,they refused me from being connected and the lady assisted from call center told me to look for the previous tenant! My goodness Destiny we are not in the barrio or in town ! we are in a big city,After the tenant got cleared from the owner? they owner doesn’t care of where the tenant about! and they asking me too pull out the name of the previous tenant from add. min. office Hey! hey! destiny that’s not our job! its your job! to serve us!!!!

    Please reconnect cable here in Zenaida II Subdivision, Concepcion Dos Marikina. Everytime it rains, cable is disconnected and will not be back even after 24 hours. It has been this ways since Global Destiny became a part of Skycable. SSS Village Skycable subscribers experiences the same with the Skycable subscription. Tried calling your hotline, but unfortuntely your service is only up to 10 pm. Perhaps it’s about time that you should also have a 24/7 service center that can respond immediately to subscribers concerns. Poor quality service is all that we subscribers get.

    Hi! I would like to follow up my application with Destiny Cable for my condo unit in the abovestated address. In connection with this, I would like to express my dissatisfaction and frustration with the way my application is being handled by both your call certain agents and technical team. I am being given the run around for almost two months now and the seeming lack of interest from Destiny for the added business I am giving is both alarming and upsetting! I hope my this letter reaches your top management so they will be aware of the kind of poor service you are giving to your prospective customers.

    I was for so many years a Skycable subscriber. Early this year, for practical purposes, upon learning that our condo has both Skycable and Destiny (and that Destiny is a lot cheaper since we have analog type in our condo), I decided to have my Skycable disconnected as of January 10, 2014.

    I then promptly acted on my Destiny Cable application. On January 12, I called your call center and spoke with a certain Nicole. She confirmed that we have analog type of cable in our condo for which the monthly dues is only 500pesos per month. She told me of the documents needed, i.e., proof of billing and valid ID, which I left with my housemaid. After around two weeks of inaction, I called again and spoke with a certain Ann. Ten days had passed and still no action! On January 30, I made a follow up with a certain Kay or Kate. She assured me that someone from your technical team will call me. Again another 10 days passed and no positive action from your end.

    By this time, I was really getting so frustrated but because I had my Skycable disconnection a month ago, I had no choice but to make a follow up my Destiny application. A certain Berlin got my call and this time gave an assurance that I will get a call from your technical team.

    Finally, a certain Rico from your technical team appeared at my condo unit. Since I wasn’t home, my maid called me at my office and I spoke with the said technical guy. Apparently, he claims that the installation he has been instructed to do at my unit is that of digital type. I insisted to him that I was assured several times by the call center agents that there is analog type in our condo. I told Rico that had I known that he will install digital and pay much more than the 500pesos per month subscription, I would not have cut off my Skycable subscription. It seems preposterous for me to move to another cable provider, pay for disconnection fee from my previous provider, pay another installation fee with the new service provider whose monthly dues is almost the same with the previous sky cable if in the end the installation to be done will that be of digital.

    This Rico acknowledged that indeed your internal communications and coordination is “ang gulo gulo nga po!” He then said that he will clarify and get back to me. I waited again but no technical team has visited since then.

    By this date, my application remains pending for almost two months now. I would to know if you are still interested in the business which I am offering you. If not, I think I could reasonably demand for the re-installation of my Skycable at no extra charge or cost from me. I understand that Skycable is also under the same company and I’m sure that with the inconvenience this is causing me, you will willingly accede to my demand. Ideally, I would want to have my Destiny analog cable installed but if this will take ages to do so then I suppose I have no other recourse but to go back to Skycable.

    I trust that you will give this matter your preferential treatment.

    I am trying to call Destiny for many, many times just to for my monthly statement of account that i couldn’t receive since Oct. 2012. Even my new address Destiny never put it on their data. The call center agent always says that we edited your account , but every time i call they answered me the same thing. Destiny is better last time when they just Destiny. Destiny call center agent never put their job on their head.

    I’m one of your subcriber, we need a better and clear resolutions in watching television and movie that’s why we subscribe additional digibox..but what happen become worse resolution after 3days. My wife keep calling in your service but nobody entertaining our complain and we decided to remove now this digibox but your company asking disconnections fee of 2,000 pesos which is not in contract and before hand nobody explain on your staff for this agreement.     Dear Destiny Cable, my mom is one of your customer in Provident Villages, in Marikina. At around 2pm today, July 5, Friday, one of your employee went to my mom’s apartment, he said to my mom “Kung wala kayo resibo, puputulan ko kayo” in an arrogant manner. My mom presented the receipts of payment, she said to him in asoft voice “next time sana maging maayos kayo makitungo sa mga cliente ninyo”. The man from Destiny Cable left na padabog-dabog at mukhang na-irita. When my mom turned on the TV, the cable channels were already gone. The man from Destiny Cable cut-off the csble connection. TAMA BA YON!

    Please teach your employees to be courteous and respectful. No wonder youve been bought by Sky cable, nalugi kaseh kayo dahil sa mga bastos at walang galang niyong empleyado. I hope you will fire him from work para matuto ng tamang asal.

Your customer service lines are always BUSY. My wife raised this complaint through email. Our bills payment has always been up-to-date.     O di kaya’y napakalaki na ng kinikita ninyo sa aming mga parokyano at hinihimatay na kayo sa kabibilang ng inyong salapi?

    Alam namin na may mamaya-na-habit sa Pilipinas, pero sa laki ng korporasyon ninyo, di namin ma-isip kung paano kayo nakakatulog sa ginagawa ninyong yan? Tulog ang “CUSTOMER SERVICE”, malamang-lamang na nakakausap namin ay puro voice recording. Pag may nakausap ka namang totoong tao, malamang din wala sa puso niya ang kanyang trabaho dahil call center na inarkila ng companya ninyo ang sasagot.

    Nahirapan po ba kayong mahiya sa sa ginagawa ninyo?

    Napakaganda ng service ng Destiny Cable d2 sa Las Pinas Area every month almost 2x kami nawawalan ng signal on time naman kami mag bayad. Ang pinaka maganda dito ay wala pa nga ang due date ko may naniningil na d2 sa amin.     We haven’t received any billings from Global Destiny since September 2012. We tried to pay at their accredited banks (BPI and Metrobank) but both banks declined our payment. They said that Global Destiny hasn’t renewed their account with them. When I called their Paranaque branch to request for payment pick up, which they used to offer, I was informed that they no longer have that service and have no idea where else we can settle our bill. We just lost our connection today, we’re willing to pay our 4 month unbilled cable service, but if we’ll have no service until Monday, we’ll be forced to apply for a new subscription with another cable company. I’m just afraid that IF somehow, by some miracle, Global Destiny gets their act together, that they’ll bill us even after we lost our connection cause there’s no one we can report it to. Nothing’s on record! I also called Sky Cable and was informed that they’re undergoing the migration of Global Destiny under them and Destiny is still in control of all their existing accounts.

    I am not from the Philippines but it really shocks me what kind of customer service is provided by these companies.
    I was first told by our condo admin that our area(Global City) has switched to SKY, and when I called AKY after a long wait, the agent told me that they don’t service Global. I asked her to please double check yet her response seems to never change, it was NOT helpful at all as if they dont have the ability to solve problems aside from the standard ones.
    Then I spent a long time just trying to find a reliable website for Destiny. Was so surpirsed to see so many sales agent pop up on Sulit. Would anyone really use those contact? are they even official agents?
    Now I came across this website and tried the number given 4180000 and i pressed #1 for cable and waited for 15min for an available agent… later on had to learn i have to redial and press #2 for bundle program.(F*** bundle was not even on the option list)So bye now gotta call again!

  136. We availed an offer by Destiny for our cable tv services after our g-sat contract expired. The cable was installed last September 13. After two days wala nang signal. We called up their customer service pero pumaltos na daliri namin wala man lang sumasagot and up to now “no signal” cable tv pa rin destiny namin. Hope the management of Destiny cable take time to solve this problem na akala ko isolated lang dito sa village namin. Note again hangang ngayon “no signal” pa rin!!!

    We cannot reach any customer service number given by sky cable for globe destiny subscriber… We are religously paying our monthly bill but we are very disaapppinted on the poor connection and bad signal of our cable. This due to rampant illegal connections tapped in the main line. This is very irritating since those who gave illegal connections have clearer connections than us who are paying bills. Can globe destiny do any actions or checking in the area ( Bambang, Pasug City) and pull-out all the illegal wirings? If no actions were done, you might as well close company and give damages to your customer due to your poor and irritating service! Thanks!

    I really thought my problems with Destiny are over, what with the restoration of service and a promise kept (24-48 hours, service will return, it did in 36). I believe now that that was a fluke, because they also promised that a rebate was forthcoming.

    Now I am confused because the person who made this promise was a Destiny employee of the Billing Department. But, subscribers, take note. We now have a new account number under Sky Cable. Does this mean that Sky is not accountable to the promise made by Destiny? Because I am also billed the entire month – as if the August 10 to August 23/24 downtime in their service did not happen. Did we miss out on what is fair and just under Sky’s regime?

    I am asking them why they are doing this (through that My next email to them may be a request for termination after all. This is if I am dissatisfied with them after bearing the inconvenience – service interruption, and now fair and just billing.

    mlb, take heart, we are not alone. Apparently, all subscribers in the Kapitolyo area are being billed the entire month’s service. I know of another Destiny subscriber in the same boat.

    Wow, ang kakapal ng mukha. 12 days out of 31, walang service, sisingilin ka ng 31 days. Tapos, patay mali pa, kala mo walang nangyari. Ignore ko na sana, kung hindi lang nila tayo pinahirapan sa pagkontak sa kanila nung downtime nila. Ok pa rin sana kung mga 1 or 2 days silang nawala, pang-maintenance, justifiable sa akin na magbayad kahit walang service. Pero 12 days?

    One more thing, I think it would have been nice for Destiny-Sky if, in this latest billing, they included an explanation of what happened, just like what Meralco does every time they need to ask subscribers to pay additional rate increases. And they need to put in a contact number for billing concerns. Is this too much to ask of a service provider?

    May nagaayos ng cable sa street namin, biglang nawala yung signal sa bahay. I tried to talk to them pero hindi ko nahabol. Tumawag ako sa hotline nila, nireklamo ko yung ngyari tapos nung tinanong ako kung ano yung account name ko, wala daw sa system nila yung account ko. Legal yung pagkakakabit ng cable namin tapos wala daw sa listahan nila. Ang masama nito we applied just this August and we paid 1500 for 3 months. Isang buwan pa lang problema na sa connection. Hindi daw nila ako matulungan kasi hindi nakarecord yung account namin sa kanila. Pano ngyari yun eh legal naman yung pagka-kabit ng cable namin. I have the job order and the receipt to prove them. Yung ngkabit naman ng cable namin eh authorized installer nila, saka yung kinontak ko na number para magpakabit sa directly from Destiny talaga. Bwisit to Destiny na to.

    Just to put closure on these rants I’ve been expressing since I lost cable connection, the service has indeed been restored here in Kapitolyo. True to Ms Loida’s word, that service would be restored 24 to 48 hours, it was – it took about 36. I really thought I’d be transferring cable providers.

    I decided to remain with Destiny, because it is still cheaper. They say, “you get what you pay for”, well folks, we did. All the problems we had in the past days, were confounded by the flooding that occurred and the transition in the acquisition by Sky. To be very frank about it, was there really anything different in the way Destiny treated us customers, if you removed these two factors? I say none, and that is my point.

    We are aware of their shortcomings before all these things happened and we stuck with them before. Might as well stick with them still.

    For those who are still having trouble with Destiny’s connection, there’s always NTC. They do respond. You should, however, be serious. Make the complaint in writing (only an eMail away). Maybe, the volume of complaints that will come in will wake up NTC to Destiny’s shortcomings and do something to improve their service to us. Oh, and please thank them also, if a solution is forthcoming.

    There’s another saying appropriate here: “better the devil you know”.

    Global Destiny: Sad to say but your company is useless. Very good in convincing people to subscribe but very poor in providing service. None of the numbers made available can be contacted.     talked to sky csr, and made several complaints and told me they only bought Destiny’s assets but not the system. so expect that no improvements will follow. we won’t pay our bills and they couldn’t disconnect our lines easily. Dadaan muna sila sa butas ng karayom coz we’re on the 7t floor of the building and our connection is just infront of my unit. informed guards not to give access to any technician.

    These are their agents/tech that I have talked to, all were none of help and full of excuses! Jennilyn, Manny(technician, Loida, Jovy and Steve. When I talked to Jovy I was told that the area of Caniogan has been noted as “no problem” since the fiber optic has been resolved and they need to fix some “nodes” to resume the services. Yesterday and still no signal, I contacted them again was able to talk to a male agent named Steve, let me tell you that he sounded quite cocky and obnoxious! I told him that it’s unfair since the connection in Pinagbuhatan and Kapitolyo has long been restored and not here in our area. This what ticked me the most when he said, “Ay ma’am, nagkaroon na nga po sila pero nawala po uli…” wtf! Seriously! Same spiel, “we’re sorry for d inconvenience, interruption, we promise that the signal will resume within 14 to 48 hrs upon this call blah, blah.”

    Our cable connection was only restored today, after two weeks of non service. It seems the only way to “force” Destiny to restore your service is to go to their office at the 5th flr Reliance Center in Ugong, Pasis along C-5 road. That’s what we did. Don’t bother trying to contact their customer hotlines, they’re all useless. You could try e-mailing them. Good luck guys.

    I will be sending a letter to Skycable President Rodrigo Montinola. Several months ago he promised that upon the acquistion of Destiny by Skycable, there will be no disruption in service, no changes in billing charges and available cable programs and customer care hotlines will remain the same. It seems Mr. Montinola’s promises were empty ones. The inefficiency of his staff handling the Destiny acquisition and integration with Skycable makes Mr. Montinola look bad. To think, Skycable spent 3 Billion pesos in acquring Destiny, they couldn’t spend for a newspaper spread explaining why cable services were inexplicably disrupted in several areas. The least Skycable should do is issue an apology and give rebates. It is the proper thing to do Mr. Montinola.

    UPDATE: 3:00PM 21 Aug.
    I was just contacted by Loida of Destiny’s Billing Department. Apologized for the mess we encountered re. their service. Several Destiny staff resigned, many in their technical department. Disruption caused ceasing of operations and they were only able to return to work last Wednesday. With so many calls coming in, they were swamped and could not accommodate all. I was told that the Kapitolyo, Pineda, Palatiw, Pinagbuhatan, and other areas of Pasig which I can’t recall anymore, are being worked on presently by SKY’s technical team and they hope to return service within a 24 to 48 hour window. So Pasig subscribers, take heart. Also, the trouble is widespread and is not limited to Pasig.

    Regarding billing, they will be deducting the downtime from the monthly service bill. I told them that a 48 hour grace period should be sufficient for them to make good on their end and that should they still fail, that letter request for termination I submitted, stands. The only way, really, of contacting them now is via email, through Billing.

    This is their last chance, as far as I’m concerned. I’m giving this to them.

    I filed a complaint to NTC about my problem with Destiny last 16 Aug. Well, it’s more of a request for help in contacting an unresponsive provider. I got an acknowledgement and a copy of their referral of my complaint addressed to Destiny (global destiny / destiny cable ) 17 Aug. I read the email of NTC 18 Aug. and immediately sent Destiny a request for termination of services. I just could not take the misery anymore. Lo and behold, Destiny seemed to have ignored NTC and myself. Until now, the 21st of August, about 1:00AM, no response. It is either they really do not care anymore or it’s the holidays. (Does their service take cognizance of holidays?) The net result of this inaction from Destiny is that, I am growing to hate them more and more because now, I don’t have cable service from them and I can’t get a new provider because we are still under contract.

    For those Kapitolyo residents who still have not received service from them, I urge you to reconsider retaining their services. This is as good an opportunity as any to quit their service. I don’t think Sky would be better. Remember, we called them for help also. What did they do? – referred us back to Destiny where we have the problem, in the first place. We are an inconvenience they will have to live with, once they take over. When will that be? In the meantime, we will have to do without cable.

    Believe me, I so want to release some choice words and expletives against Destiny but seeing as this is a public forum, I will be like Destiny – SILENT. I will follow up on my NTC complaint this coming Wednesday and inform them that Destiny still ignored me, and apparently NTC also. Good Luck to us.

It has been 5 frustrating long days since our cable signal went off in pilar vill, las piñas city. I will be filing a termination notification, cant take this anymore.     I was able to get through their hotline number 654-9977 yesterday morning and talked to an agent named Jennilyn. As expected, they cant give any concrete answer nor solution to the problem, still blaming the habagat that had caused floods in Pasig. I told her “Miss, nawalan kami ng signal Saturday evening, wala ng ulan at yang sinasabi mong habagat and mas lalong wala na rin baha dito sa area namin.” I continued “bakit dun sa mga barangays na may baha until now nagawan nyo ng solusyon bakit dito sa’min ganto pa rin?” Wala na syang matinong naisagot, paulit-ulit lang sa magbibigay na lang daw sila ng rebate and she promised that services will resume within 24 hours na hindi naman nangyari. So today, since morning walang sumasagot sa hotline number nila na yan, puro automated message, nagriring tapos biglang mawawala. As a paying subscriber, nakakabwisit talaga and nakaka-frustrate! esp. pag tumawag ka sa Sky, mas lalo kang walang aasahan kase ituturo ka nila pabalik sa cust. care ng Destiny eh wala ngang sumasagot!!! Sampung tel. numbers na binigay nila saken, lahat useless!

      I just called Skycable (631-0000/381-0000). After waiting for a long time I was able to speak to a Ms. Angelica. Accdg to her, all complaints re Destiny will be dealt with by Destiny Cable. Told her that none of their numbers are attended to. She then asked for our Account Details and said that this will be forwarded to (the non-existent) Destiny. As part of good customer service, she gave me all the useless numbers of Destiny which we all know are listed on the billing statements. I am now contemplating to call NTC and file a complaint.

    Finally , I was able to contact somebody from Destiny using their 654-9977 trunk line, just a few minutes ago (about 6:45AM). It took less than a minute, and, voila, I am talking to a lady named Joy. Reported my dilemma re. no signal. I was informed that there have been several reports for the Kapitolyo area and they are doing something. She said they’d send somebody within 24 hours to address my concern. Out of frustration, I told the lady that after suffering almost six days of non service and no contact, that it is only fair that IF after the 24 hours, nobody from their end appears, I’d be applying for termination of service. To be fair, she gave me an eMail address I can contact to do this ( There is also no disconnection fee involved.

    The lady also told me that there have been problems with the inter-phasing of their service with Sky’s. I told her that on the two occasions I was able to contact Sky, in the hope that they would be able to address my problem with Destiny, I was told that it is still Destiny’s responsibility.

Now Destiny is sold off, our problems are not theirs anymore. This is the reality of their customer care fantasy.

The fact that subscribers in central Pasig have been suffering without cable TV for almost 2 weeks sans any reply from the company bespeaks not only of disrespect to customers but deliberate act to mislead the latter into subscribing to its new owner, Skycable. Where’s your alleged vision & mission as a humane corporate entity?

    We have no choice. The other providers have no coverage in these parts, like Cignal & Cablelink. I enjoin you to be with consumerist groups on FB, like Bantay Pilipinas, to stop the monopoly of media networks/cable providers/telecom firms owned by a few families of the elite like the Lopez group of companies.

    Our voices for change should not cease on this website page. If MVP(owner of Chan. 5) acquires Channel 7, then it will be just a battle of 2 power elites & their respective corporate boards, minus the inutile government networks, to firm-up their control & power over traditional bureaucrat-capitalists in the legislature– dominated also by corporate individual-families, hacenderos, mediocre actor/actresses & the like. The bottomline of the corporate network is to amass billions of profits to favor their interests in telecoms.

    Please, just let us enjoy cable entertainment after a hard day’s work in the office or factory. We have already missed the final games & closing ceremonies of the London Olympics. You’ve deprived us of watching our favorite telenovelas, like the ‘feel good’ romantic comedy, “Be Careful with My Heart.” Don’t let us cry foul as we smell rat from your corporate antics. And don’t let your lawyers blame the floods as the cause of this trouble– force majeure.

    Seems we are all victims here. Unless and until we inform them officially (by phone, by letter, or whatever) they can technically claim that their service has never been interrupted. How do we do that. Talo tayo. All we can do is wait for Sky to make good on Destiny’s commitment. I shudder to think how this will develop. Maybe this is all a corporate hocus pocus, to expand Sky’s subscriber base at the expense of Destiny’s. By experience though, Sky will come up with something that will cost us more in the long run. A lot of us shifted to Destiny because of what Sky did to us previously. And now, here we are again. At this stage, all I want is to be able to inform them that I have line trouble. Those of you who wish to claim refunds for undelivered service during your downtime (if this is even possible), make sure that your downtime is registered with them. They are not going to take your word for it. Good luck everybody.
    I am not endorsing any other cable providers, but more and more, the others are looking attractive.

    I was able to contact 3810000 (of Sky). I was told that Destiny is still the guys to contact for our troubles. But, he said he’d endorse my problem to them. Verified their main hotline (810-2828). Still too busy to be bothered by us. Their other numbers are 894-5850, 810-5556. Don’t bother calling. Their Pasig hotline 654-9977, which I got from Rian Albao, above, is a call center # and you’ll be frustrated so don’t bother. Their Mandaluyong branch (532-1173, 533-6244), which is nearest to us Kapitolyo residents, does not answer either.

    I tried calling NTC also, from the numbers I got from fellow subscribers, 924-4048 is the Commissioner’s number. I was referred to 921-3251 and 920-4464 (which I finally contacted) and was told to make a formal complaint. I mentioned Destiny as the source of my problem, and I was told they’ve been receiving a lot of calls because of them.

    Maam Gemma Gomez, you might want to contact CABLELINK. It also services our area, practically has the same content as Destiny, even has AXN, and costs 5 pesos cheaper. I’ve been to their website. I’m only waiting for Destiny to at least acknowledge their shortcomings and formalize with them a termination or continuation of their service. Kasi may service contract pa ako sa kanila. Pero iba na rin yung may fall back.

The inside information I heard is that the Hotline Numbers we have been trying to call are unmanned. Sky Cable is not yet running Destiny so chances of services to be returned seem unlikely (to me). What is a greater concern is that our rights as consumers are not protected, what’s new.

      ^You can call these cel numbers which I got from PEX, 09228202901 and 09228314738. I was able to talk to an agent named Manny and was told that the turnover of Destiny to Sky is on Aug. 16, same reason why no one is answering the calls despite the series of hotline numbers I’ve tried. What irritated me was they are still not aware of the signal interruption here in Pasig but of some selected barangays only! The guy even said that a lot of customers took the effort to personally visit their office in Ortigas just to complain about the prolonged problem.

    Lowdown on the Destiny Cable and Sky Cable Modus Operandi!!!! Those who are with Destiny and do not have any service are being played on, my Dad had to go all the way to their office to inform them we have had no service, I have been calling their useless numbers to no avail. A technical (not very technical really) finally came over to tell us “They do not know what the problem is, or how to fix it and when it will be fixed!” and they drive away.

    Now they are hoping you get so disgusted with them that you will switch to Sky Cable (Sky Cable purchased Destiny), this is a way to kill Destiny and have you move to Sky.

        Good evening, for your info, why our billing was reached in P 3,500.00, I was reported in your collector last September CY 2012 that We were not using the cable because our television is not functioning., we only used destiny cable last December 2012, and I paid my my monthly bills, thru SM , they received payments, but now they did not , so please connect our cable and I promised to pay the balance that we used.. thanks and God bless.
