for me cvg was the best. but when i was offered 15k basic??? i have 7 years of call center exp. and the benefits changed… before you can get check up at medical city, now you can’t . Management depends on your account. for my account… its easy buy the tls and ops makes it harder… tsk3x…. anyways… best is to apply and see for yourself….

Mahirap po ba ang interview sa Convergys? Sa Sutherland Pampanga kasi madali lan, purely about yourself tapos konting situational lang (pero may english proficiency training. Sa Aegis, tae ang interview. Pagbungad mo palang ang initial interview “what can you do for the company at what are your long term goals” agad ang tira sa’yo. wala man lang getting to know stage. Sa Sitel, carry lan din, maganda ang interview kaso maramihan.

Paano po sa Convergys? Pa-share naman po. I just wanna knowkung paano ung proseso so we would know what to expect. Thank you guys :)

ditto. However, they have nice benefits that you can’t find from other call center companies.

This is not true. I worked for Convergys Glorietta 5 for more than a year and the pay they offer is way below those figures. If you don’t have any call center experience, they will initially offer you PHP12,500 which will increase to PHP15,000 by 6 months tenure. If you have call center experience, you will start from PHP14,750 and increases to the same amount of inexperienced representatives after same time period.
