    This company did not giving any noticed to their employee…when will be the 13th month pay …all of there employee there asking when would be the 13th month pay but they not answering that question yet there always said that was a good question yet so far there not advising the employee on it….

    I don’t think they pay their employees properly and they do not follow their own contracts. So if you are going to be getting a position in this company – just make sure that they follow the contract you signed and talk to HR about your salary. They train you at nights (10pm-6am) for a mid-shift job. So you must be paid a night differential but they won’t pay that. Make sure they do. Because you can sue.
