Call Center Academy, or CCCA is the ground-breaker and leader in call center training. It was first founded in Makati in 2001, attending to the growing need to provide opportunities for employment in the business process outsourcing or BPO industry. Initially, Call Center Academy was founded as a training organization that conducts public classes about call center, and attends to the needs of aspiring call center agents, both fresh graduates and career shifters. On June 15, 2007, Call Center Academy – Cebu Campus formally opened.

Cebu Call Center Academy is an accredited institution to the following organizations:
– TESDA (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority)
– CDEF-IT (Cebu Educational Development Foundation for Information Technology)
– HIMOAP (Healthcare Information Management Outsourcing Association of the Philippines)
– PSIA (Philippine Software Industry Association)

When it first started, Cebu Call Center Academy was a training institution that provided public classes on call center training programs. Then the Academy began to spread out, and decided to offer modified training programs, as well as consultancy services to companies and institutions coming from an array of industries, as well as schools. Furthermore, the company also holds training for the agents coming from some contact centers in order for them to get hired.
