Citi never sleeps. Citibank is the consumer division of financial services multinational Citigroup, the largest bank holding company in the US. Citibank was founded in 1812 and was originally called the City Bank of New York. Today, Citibank is a global bank with over 4000 branches across the world.

In the Philippines, Citibank Philippines is the largest foreign commercial bank in the country in terms of assets, revenues and profitability. It was established in the country in 1902 as International Banking Corporation to provide corporate banking, treasury, transactional banking, consumer banking and Trust services. It offers innovative end-to-end cash management solutions, trade finance and services, securities custody and funds services, corporate banking and advisory services, domestic debt and equity underwriting and financial advisory services. Consumer banking services included retail loans and deposits, personal investments, insurance, consumer branch services, and lifestyle convenience products and services such as credit cards and the Wealth Management banking. Known for its innovative services, Citibank is the first bank in the Philippines to offer wealth management services and mobile phone banking in service on a credit card.

Citibank Philippines serves as a regional hub in Asia Pacific offering diverse value-added services through Business Process Solutions and Outsourcing services including Customer Sales and Service, and other remote services. It also has the Citi Shared Services Asia, a global financial and management reporting center and global payment and employee services center, Citi Technology Infrastructure; Citi Learning; Asia Pacific Analytics Center, Asia Pacific Credit Risk Management Services, and Centers of Excellence Citigroup Inc.

At the moment, Citibank 6 branches which are strategically located in the leading urban development centers in the country namely Makati, Greenhills, Libis, Binondo, Alabang, and Metro Cebu. It also serves over a million consumers in the Philippines.
