IT Helpdesk experience preferred

Transitions/Mobilization Manager

Salesforce.com CRM Expert/Trainter
Process Excellence Manager
Experience in a similar position in a BPO organization
Black Belt (BB) certified or trained, with 6-10 years experience, of which 1-2 years of post BB certification, or 2-4 years post Green Belt certification

Transitions/Mobilization Manager
Delivery Assurance Group Manager

Customer Service Representatives (Voice and Data)
Process Executive – 0-2 years customer service experience, supporting US-based clients
completion of 2 years college education
good customer service orientation and typing skills
problem solving and analytical skills
inbound and outbound client calls

2-3 years in technical support role
good communication skills and customer management experience
troubleshooting on desktop issues
