With its global customer program, Dell Customer Contact Center was able to offer specialized set of support services for its Asian customers. It centralized the ordering and billing processes, facilitated product customization particularly of proprietary software while maintaining the benefits of local distribution and localize onsite hardware support service. As part of its Philippine campaign, Dell Philippines was also active in charity works especially in donating Dell personal computers in public educational institutions.

Plagued by the 2009 global financial crisis, Dell company was forced to sell of its two contact center facilities in Manila to Teleperformance, a French-based BPO company. This particular delivery centers provide tech support service to dell customers in the US, Australia and New Zealand. IT primarily provides product support to Dell customers such as Troubleshooting, System Configuration, downloading from its Enterprise Resource Center, correcting and addressing Interactive System Teardowns, asking for Parts & Upgrades, Customer Self Repair, and even Recycling Options.

Dell Philippines only retained only contact centers in Quezon City & MOA, which provided commercial business to other locations. As a Business Process Outsourcing company, Dell Philippines aims to improve efficiency, reduce costs and optimize clients competitive advantage using time tested expertise and business models exclusively developed by of Dell.

The best ang suweldo. Pero good luck sa unrealistic stat.

They love their customer so much because they are loosing big amount sales. You are not allowed to warn the customer even they are saying profanity words and the worst is you are required to callback the customer even they already hang-up.

Dell is a nice company and so far I’ve heard a lot of good comments. For unrealistic stats, that may be true. However, Decision makers in Dell can only pressure employee so much. If changes needs to be done, like adding more people, I think they’ll do it

guys… apply kayo sa DELL Pasay Site… Masarap magtrabaho sa Dell… ang office super laki dahil the biggest tenant of MOA. starting salary is 19K for those who doesn’t have any call center experience. 3K and allowances.

dell is way ok..but they have some tools that are really complicated..

Nothing is unrealistic about Dell’s standards for CS/TS. Kaya nga call center agent ka kasi you would need to balance everything.

Lahat ng tao dito may Integrity and they give so much value to Work Ethics kaya you should be very proud of yourself kapag employee ka ng Dell

Ok dito sa tutoo lang. I started as an L1 Tech, batch 1. Resolution Specialist na ko ngayonmaganda ang sahod, mejo hassle ang metrics pero manageable naman.

19k starting pay? pano ung may more than 1yr experience na? magkano offer?

yep! totoo un na 19k ang basic salary for starters. Pero kpg matanda ka na sa experience mas bongga ang sweldo mo. Pero sa totoo lang.. super hirap makapasok sa Dell. super! Sweldo mo pag pay day laging 5 digits pay! kaso.. malas mo lang kpg na tyempuhan

malaki ang sweldo sa dell. laging 5 digits ang sweldo every payday (which occurs every 2nd friday/26x in a year), mataas nga lang ang tax. mabilis ang promotion pag mahusay ka. may salary loan (which you can go up to as high as 150K for L1 level) at EPP

Dell offers one of the highest basic salary. Im with dell and so far so good.wala naman perpektomng kumpanya kahit san kayu pumunta. Siguro kaya unrealistic kasi di nyo nami meet yung stats na hinihingi sa inyo.
