Fibrella is a famous brand for quality and fashionable umbrellas. It is a company which seriously took the manufacture of umbrellas, which is an important and necessary device especially in tropical countries like the Philippines for the protection of people from sun and rain. Quality is what differs Fibrella against other umbrellas because it believes that umbrellas must be an investment as it helps people to keep themselves healthy. In the scourging heat of the sun and the biting cold of the rain, the umbrella is our weapon to protect ourselves from sickness. Thus, Fibrella umbrellas are made to last a life time. However, the wear and tear of Fibrella umbrellas cannot be avoided. Because of which, the company launched its own specialized service center that repairs and mends Fibrella umbrellas exclusively to ensure that its customers products are as good as new as they first bought them.

The Fibrella service center is located at 2040-II, R. Square, Roman Street, Binondo, Manila which is in front of Tutuban and Power Block Mall across to Recto Ave. The service center is open from Monday till Friday from 8AM to 5PM. Every Saturday, it is only open from 8AM till 2PM. Aside from Fibrella, this service center also Grosser Schatten Brands. Incidentally, the address of the service center is actually written in the tag price of the umbrella. It is also advisable to keep the receipt of warranty card of the umbrella you bought to avail of free service. Depending on the part and the extent of the damage to be repaired, the cost for repair ranges from P50 to P300, which is quite reasonable instead of buying cheap umbrellas from China that you can only use for a day or half a day. The Fibrella umbrella is available in all SM department stores.

    good day.. my umbrella has defects on the lock, i want to avail the warranty but i miss place the receipt.. Can i still avail the service even w/o the receipt? tnx.

    Hi my fibrella was broken, i dont have the card and receipt and i know that i can’t avail the warranty because i’m using it for almost 2 years. do you have near service center located in pasig or near in sm marikina?

    hi.gudpm po.our place po is baguio city.bumili po kmi ng fibrella dito sa sm baguio.binili namin yun dahil inisip namin na dekalidad po ang payong na ito.after a month, nasira po sa hindi inaasahang pangyayari, pagpindot po ay biglang humagis at natanggal ang mahabang spring.i have the warranty card & receipt but we are so far sa mga service centers.mayroon po ba kayong service center dito sa baguio city?
