    Hi good day, I would like to make an inquiry if your company has any openings for a tl or product specialist role, My name is justin Palacios, I have been in the BPO industry for over 5 years, I have dialed numerous campaigns from inbound customer service accounts,financial,health care,technical support and outbound sales for solar, I have excelled particularly in my outbound campaign experience, It was a outbound sales campaign for solar, I was an agent for 5months and then transitioned with a promotion to a Team lead role, I was a Team lead for over a year and then I left the company to take care of famuly matters,and then later on came back to the same company and went back handling lead generation for a couple of months then was moved to a department specializing in dialing leads that we’re already handled by the floor turning it into a succesful sale or dispatch. During my experience in my outbound campaign I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to handle different departments, Training,Recruitment,especially being a part of the management team and learning about lead generating .
