Job Description:
Responsibilities

Manages the administration of the HR policies, procedures, and programs
Carry out responsibilities for departmental development, Human Resource Information System (HRIS), employee relations, benefits, compensation, and employment
Ensure compliance to regulatory concerns and reports
Handles employee orientation, policy development and documentation
Work well with company employee communication
Maintains company records and 201 Files with confidentiality
Manages employee safety, welfare, employee services, and counseling
Provides back up in payroll processing and assist employees with their benefits and claims requests
Other tasks that will be directed by the Senior HR and Admin Officer or the Operations Manager

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/College Degree in any course
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same role is required for this position
Excellent interpersonal skills, coaching, and strong knowledge of people management and leadership skills
Must have good organizational and prioritization skills
Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
Must possess a sense of urgency and responsible at work
Willing to work in Mandaluyong City
Full-time position available to start on January 2018
