It is the contact center company that handles that customer hotline for Smart as well as Smart Hotline that provide technical support, billing services and other customer inquiries for its mobile telephone services as well as internet connection and data services. From a standard call center, i-Contacts Philippines becomes a multi-channel contact that provides special services in other communication channels. The company has expanded it services to help small and medium businesses conduct marketing and reach their customers through email and social marketing.
