Nearsol is actively looking for Customer Service Representatives

  • Graduate of any Allied Medical Course, preferably BS Nursing
  • With call center or HMO experience is an advantage
  • Comprehensive knowledge in medical terminologies, medical conditions and procedures
  • Knowledgeable in Cebuano Dialect is preferred but not a requirement
  • FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY
  • Salary: Php15,000.00 to Php18,000.00 /month

Nearsol is also looking for General Manager for their operations in Iloilo City. General manager will oversee all staff. General manager should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision maker, helping Neasol’s people develop and be productive.

Qualifications – General Manager (Iloilo City)

  • Graduate of any business related course, MBA is a plus
  • At least 5-7 years proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role, preferably from BPO / Call Center Industry.
  • Knowledgeable and has strong experience in handling all support group of business process and functions (Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Recruitment,
  • Information Technology, Marketing and Administration).
  • Experience dealing with Operations Team and work closely with them to drive company productivity and quality output.
  • Has experience in Process Improvement is a plus. With background in creating department’s handbook.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
  • Excellent people management.
