Parlance Systems, Inc. (PSI) is a 100 percent owned subsidiary of the ePLDT Ventus group along with Vocativ Systems and SPi Technologies, Inc. In 2006, all these facilities were consolidated as SPi.

Today, Parlance is one of the call center facilities of SPi technologies which actually started way back in 2002 and constitutes the ePLDT ventus profile which operates around six call center facilities.
