How to Pass the Call Center Final Interview

In call center job hunting, the hiring process usually takes just 1-2 days to complete everything. Once you have successfully completed the initial interview, assessment and call simulation, the last part is the final interview. This final phase will determine your success/failure of the entire job hunting journey.

The final interview is usually done by 1-2 supervisors or team leaders of call centers. These executives will engage you with tough and tricky questions. Here’s the list of possible questions given on the dreaded final interview.

“How badly do you want the job?”

The company wants to know if you really want the job and will work for long term. You need to prove to them that you are worthy of the job. Here’s our advice on how to handle this question.

Your response should show commitment in working with the company. Tell them that you will 100% performance effort in all tasks. You are indeed ready, willing and able to give your very best!
You will exert all efforts to get the job done and willing to work overtime. In the end, your commitment will contribute to the success of the company.

“Why should we hire you?”

This question is applicable to all jobs (not just call center job). The team leaders will measure your skills in terms of convincing them to give you the job. Here’s our advice on how to handle this question.

Keep calm, compose yourself. Sit properly and maintain a pose. Then, look straight at your interviewer’s eyes. Then talk sincerely about all the positive traits you possess like: dedication, willingness to learn, team player, fighter, etc.
