Find suitable candidates for a client position by conducting research on job boards, applicant tracking systems, company web sites etc.
·Conduct pre-assessment calls with candidates, verifying different items such as qualifications, availability and compensation requirements.
·Coordinate interview schedules, locations etc
·Recruit passive candidates, through phone calls, emails and general relationship-building. This represents a highly consultative sales process and presents an exciting opportunity for skill development.

About You
Preferably with 1-2 years experience in the BPO setting
Education: At least 2 years in college
Presence: You can communicate well and interact/relate with people.
Flexibility: We service in all parts of the globe. Flexibility in work schedule is a must including working in a night shift.
Drive: You have a strong interest in building a long term
