IT Service Desk – Phil Data

Phil-Data Business Systems Inc. is urgently looking for IT Service Desk (Pasay NAIA T4)
Required Experience: 1 year (ENTRY LEVEL ONLY)
Schedule: Shifting

Job Description:
• First point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over phone, Ticketing System, Remote Support and email/chat, must be knowledgeable in Active Directory, Troubleshooting email, printer, network, hardware/software installation, anti virus programs
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
• Determine the best solution based on the technical issue and details provided by the customer
• Walk customer through the problem solving process
• Document solutions/procedures that can be used to solve future problems
• Follow up and update customer status and information
• Attend training required to improve customer service
• Must be graduate of any 4yr IT related course
• Open for Project Based employment good for 1yr Renewable
• Willing to work on a longer hours.
