Established in 2009, Servwell BPO International is a wholly–owned subsidiary of Jolliville Holdings Corporation (JOH), a Holding company of the Ting family with diverse business entities including real estate development, leasing, management services, technical services, property development and land banking and power generation.
Servwell BPO Philippines is the JOH subsidiary that is primarily engaged in business process outsourcing services. The company specializes in providing back office services that helps local and international companies operate certain business processes including receivables and payables processing and management, billing and collection services, treasury, escrow and other related services; fund accounting; as well as human-resource administrative process (recruitment and payroll preparation).
ServWell Philippines provides 24/7 customized back-office solutions for efficient running of businesses. It also provides customer care services allowing clients to deliver superior customer care and support to their customer as well as customized financial services to meet business requirements to maximize productivity while minimizing cost. As a Boutique provider, it focuses on quality, not volume. The smaller size of its sites helps it achieve its focus. Servwell BPO has operated competitively against bigger BPO companies as it consistently exceeded quality.
In 2011, Servwell BPO International merged with Uptrend Concepts Management Corp. (“UCMC”), which specializes in upscale adult hospitality and entertainment and owns among others Heart Beat Mega Disco, Genie, Palacio Don Pedro and Pegasus. This merger has not only expanded the operations of the company but has also provided the company with ready clients.
