    I used to work for Tele-Center Inc. which was located on the 5th floor of SM Manila. It was the first call center I worked for and I enjoyed my stay there for more than 1 year. Basic salary was 12,000 way back in 2005-2006 and the incentive program was good as well as the SPIF’s. We did not have to worry about food because meal was provided everyday. Fixed Saturday-Sunday off and long holiday off during Christmas season. George Yang is one of the best when it comes to taking care of employees. Boss Manny, Trainer Jovy and the rest of the Management Team and HR are all great. I really thank TCI for having polished my raw skills for telemarketing and customer experience.
