  • Technical Support – Providing resolution to technical difficulties of individual consumer. Excellent technical support along with great customer service is a great tool in solidifying customer loyalty to the company.
  • Helpdesk service – A resource that provides general information to the customer and support related products and services. This resource will provide guidance about the product and the company itself.
  • Back-office – Order Taking, Order Processing – providing administrative and support service.
  • Enquiry service – providing business related information to address a customer’s query.
  • Pre and Post-sale services – Support and services are rendered to the customer to before and after purchasing the product and/or service.
  • Telemarketing – direct marketing in which a salesperson solicits prospective customers to purchase the company’s product or services.

Telexperience is currently hiring agents for Telemarketing and customer service related positions supporting customers of different clients globally.

General company requirements for applicants:

  • Must have a flexible work schedule: must be willing to work on a varying work schedules.
  • Must be able to start working immediately
  • Must be enrolled for at least 2 years in an accredited college or university.
  • Must be proficient in the English language with a neutral accent.
  • Experience in outbound contact support is an advantage.
  • Must exhibit excellent phone etiquette.
  • Must provide excellent customer service.
  • Must be willing to be trained to specific products and services.
  • Must be 18-30 years old.
  • Should be in or near Sta. Rosa Laguna.
