km says: Ok naman dito sa Telus ah. I was with them for almost 6 months, hindi nga lang kame na regularize kasi hindi namin nameet ung required score. But still, I’m not bitter. I can say na maganda naman yung environment dito, at least dun sa account ko before sa Cubao. galing lang kasi unlike other companies na allowance lang ang pinoprovide, paid yung 1month comm skills namin dito. basta, masaya naman, strict lang tlga with attendance, mahirap kumuha ng VL kasi for approval pa. Pero ang bait ng trainors namin noon sa commskills, the best. Saka when I started taking in calls, ok ang environment eh. Very comfortable mag work dito. Opinion ko lang naman.

Correct mababa nga and sahod dito kaya lang gusto ko yung account at yung client,,,,kaya tyaga lang ako…. sana taasan nila para sulit naman yung byahe ko na 1 and half hour 1 way.

I dont know,, I like the account and clients ( mobility ) ECHO is something to else… upsell & mention benefits even if the client was upset and obviously not interested client care rep sounds like a noisy gong to there them…

its just a feedback fr 1 of the client another thing TI stat is low because most of the time the client complain that they dont understand a thing of what the previous rep was talking about. fr a client’s point of view.

when they are speaking with rep background is noisy and language on the background sounds foreign not English not French,,,, Rep is either rude or impatient and have hard time trying to express and explain things.

    just signed my job offer. oks naman sila magoffer ah 5 months pa lang exp ko from my previous emp so nagffall padin ako sa basic. 13650 basic 2500 allowance plus 3000 account premium. 19k din shoot na. taguig site.
